Widely known in the industry circle as Bala, he is a graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Madras University and Masters in Personal Management and Industrial Relations from SIMS.

Bala carries over 24+ years of experience in the Executive Search & Selection Industry. He has worked across Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Delhi and has handled several top end searches; He has been instrumental in successfully transforming and shaping up career’s of several industry professionals across diversified industrial sectors including but not limited to Infrastructure, Electrical & Electronics, IT, Telecom, Automotive, Pharma, Healthcare and Financial Service sectors nationally.

Along with building and positioning several Top Management and Executive professionals.
