He has over 25+ years of work experience out of which he has spent the last 20 years in the executive search and selection industry.

He has worked extensively with clients across different sectors including but not limited to R&D, Manufacturing, Application Engineering, Sales & Marketing & Consulting to assist them in developing their talent.

Over the years, he has successfully led several senior level searches and has advised companies in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Electrical, Power domain, Financial services Sectors and Pharma. He is a graduate in B.Tech (Electronics Engineering) & M.Tech (Power Electronics) from Bangalore University.
